About This Experience
SeaWorld Abu Dhabi opened on Yas Island in May 2023 as the world's largest indoor marine-life theme park — a Guinness title it still holds. You move through eight realms past more than 68,000 marine animals, anchored by a single aquarium holding around 25 million litres of water. There are interactive touch pools, educational presentations and the One Ocean roller coaster, so it reads as part theme park, part aquarium. One deliberate difference from older SeaWorlds: there are no orca shows. This is a new-generation park built around animal welfare rather than performance.
